All was fairly clean, I liked pleasant staff and food.

A stylish hotel, my first choice in Palma de Mallorca. I loved its staff and amenities, really lovely building.

The area was really loud.

My room was air conditioned, spotless and I met accommodating staff, we had lovely communication. The pool was nice and I had cold drinks in the main bar.

We appreciated the hotel, it was bright and clean. The location was magnificent, not too far from Bellver Castle. It made our trip to Palma de Mallorca a wonderful experience.

All was first class, including staff and cleanliness. I appreciated a smart decor and white furniture. Lots of food at breakfast like hot chocolate, bread and cheese. Efficient check in and late check out.

We had a more than adequate meal in the morning, also amazing food at the sky bar. We booked premium queen room, it was a good value. Very very kind staff kept the whole place impeccably clean. Early check-in and excellent customer service.

The bed was comfy and the staff was quite attentive. We greatly enjoyed the lounge area, where we had our breakfasts. Thanks to manager, who often helped us.

The setting was FANTASTIC here. The hotel was great. Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like Colmar that was only 10 minutes' walk away. Located in 1 mile from plaza mayor.
